No More Chemo!!! Woohoo!

So 3 weeks ago I received my last treatment that involved chemotherapy! I will still need to come and hang out in the daycare unit every 3 weeks (which is what I'm currently doing) until roughly the end of November but there is no more chemo to be had.  So that means no more yucky side effects, my hair can start to grow back, my taste buds can return to normal and no more nausea or steroids to combat side effects (which has its own side effects)!

Treatment 5 (6 weeks ago) was a difficult one for me; I was fighting hard or my body rather was battling hard not to get sick for almost the whole 3 weeks prior to my last treatment.  Although I will note my difficult is still a cake walk in comparison to what some people go through.  So I was prepared for the last treatment to be worse, thankfully it only took about 5 days to bounce back from it.  The 5 days did suck but they are done, over with and I survived so what ever! I am done!

What now? Continue with treatment and gear up for radiation, radiation will start on the 2nd of April and be every week day until the 1st of May. Also time to get this body back in shape and cleaned out! I think I may be on some sort of diet or cleanse for a long time, my diet has become quite bad the last few months and it will take some time to get back to healthy.
